Arktic Consulting is a professional tax, audit, and advisory firm based in Nairobi, Kenya. We are registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and licensed to offer Taxation, Advisory, Audit and Assurance Services. ICPAK is the professional accountancy body recognized by law to regulate Accountants in Kenya.
Our rich history begins long before our founding, in the passionate zeal of our founder’s knack for creating a firm that would revolutionize how tax, audit, and advisory services are provided in the finance industry. Arktic Consulting’s story is a true definition of the impact that comes about when passion meets professionalism and strategy.
Our firm was born out of the need to create a client experience that goes beyond just the provision of tax, audit, and advisory services. Our founders wanted to bridge the gap that exists in the provision of these services, where many firms are impersonal and do not prioritize the client.
We noted over time that taxation was a big headache for most individuals and companies because it is dynamic and complex. Most entrepreneurs and business owners may not have expertise in taxes, yet they directly affect their business. We exist to fill this gap by ensuring we offer high-quality professional services that free up entrepreneurs and business owners to concentrate on their fundamental businesses.
Our clientele is growing locally and globally. Currently, we serve customers diligently in Kenya, Italy, the USA, and Finland. Bergs & More Consultancy Limited with Offices in Padua, Italy, Milan, Italy, Dubai & Qatar. Dreampower Ricciardi SRL Ltd a foreign company registered in Italy with a subsidiary in Kenya. EkoRent Africa Ltd a fully owned subsidiary of EkoRent Oy registered in Helsinki Finland. We were recently engaged to provide tax advisory for Kenyans in the Diaspora, specifically the United States of America.

OUR TEAM
Antony Riungu
Managing Partner
Antony is a CPA with a BBM from Moi University and an MBA from USIU-Africa. He has over 12 years of experience in external audit, internal audit, tax, systems reviews, and accountancy and is a practicing member of ICPAK. Antony has worked at Mutua & Company, Gachoka & Associates, and Farmers Choice Ltd., and is currently the Managing Partner of Arktic Consulting, which he founded. He has undergone training on unclaimed financial assets by ICPAK and has conducted compliance audits for various organizations. Some of his recent assignments include internal control system reviews, business valuation, advisory services, and audits for various companies, including the Kenya Institute of Management, Sterling Capital Securities, and Ilade Oil Company.
Moses Ongwae
Audit Manager
Moses is a CPA with a Bachelor’s in Commerce-Finance from Kenyatta University. He has 10+ years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, and management. He excels in analyzing financial information, implementing IFRS standards, and conducting audits in compliance with international standards. He is well-versed in auditing, internal control design, and implementation in both commercial and non-profit organizations. He currently holds the position of Audit Manager at Arktic Consulting.
Betty K Mwiragwa
Audit Senior
Betty is a qualified accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance Option from Kenyatta University. She has extensive experience in the audit and accounting fields and joined Arktic Consulting in 2021. She has progressed from an Audit Trainee to an Audit Senior and has over six years of experience in audit, financial consultancy, and accounting.
